How do I use your ketosis friendly snacks?
Our slimmers love our range of keto-friendly snacks. Why do we call them keto-friendly? well it's simple - Our snacks are all low in carbohydrate and high in protein. They are great for slimmers who want to stay in ketosis whilst enjoying some delicious snacks. You would simply have your meal replacements (the number of meal replacements you consume depends on the weight loss plan you are following). Then you can choose to have one of our SML Diet snacks as and when you need them. (in addition to your packs on plan).
It's important to remember that these snacks aren't classed as meal replacments (as they do not contain the essential vitamins & minerals required). However, you can incorporate our keto-friendly snacks into your Very Low Calorie diet quite easily if you wish.
I'm following a different low carb plan. Can I still use them?
Sure! We find that alot of our slimmers use them whilst following other diets such as Atkins diet, Paleo, Dukan as they are low in carbohydrate and high in protein.
