4 SMLDiet Meal Replacements per day
The Simple weight loss plan is our Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) plan. Slimmers following the Simple plan would consume 4 of our meal replacements per day & have the added option of adding our SMLDiet snacks three times in a week.
The Simple Weight loss plan is easy to follow as it allows slimmers to completely take food out of the equation.
No points counting.
No calorie counting.
Simply have 4 of our Meal Replacements per day & up to 3 SMLDiet snacks or vegetables from our allowed foods list per week ( should you want them).
This plan is considered to be a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) as you will be consuming under 800 calories per day. Your Meal Replacements that you purchase from the SMLDiet contain all the essential vitamins, minerals & micro-nutrients that your body needs for it to be happy & healthy so you shouldn't need to take a multi vitamin tablet with this plan. However, as the Simple Plan is a TFR (Total Food Replacement plan, we ask that you read our medical guidance notes.
